Although not official…it’s here. Fall in Maine.

Over the last few weeks, we have found ourselves in the vegetable garden, harvesting and preserving the end of season bounties. The pumpkins came early this year. We have them in storage in the basement for safe keeping.

Today, he brewed a Stout. Grains include Pale Ale Malt, Chocolate Malt, Caramel and Black Malt. Hops include Fuggle and Northern Brewer. English Ale Yeast will do all the work.
